Terms and Conditions

You must be 18 or older, or use the Site under a parent or guardian's supervision, and be able to form a legally binding contract under Indian law.

• We try to show accurate colours, sizes and descriptions, but colours may look slightly different on your screen.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any COD fee are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We may change prices, offers and availability at any time without notice. The price at the time you place your order applies.
• If a product is listed at the wrong price or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation or dispatch the item. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock problems, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot deliver to.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery where available. See our Payment and COD Policy.

These are covered by our Shipping and Delivery Policy, Return, Exchange and Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.

You agree not to misuse the Site: no illegal activity, no fraud or false orders, no attempts to break or overload the Site, and no copying or scraping of our content.

The USUAL name, logo, product designs, photos and text on the Site belong to Mascota Creation Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our control such as courier disruptions, natural events or strikes. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer to approach the consumer forum with jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown.
