This Privacy Policy explains how Mascota Creation Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"), which runs the USUAL brand and the website shopusual.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, stores and shares your personal data. By using the Site you agree to this policy. It is written under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Details you give us: name, phone number, email address, delivery and billing address, and order history.

Payment information: payments are handled by our payment gateway. We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.

Messages: emails, chats and calls you have with our support team, and product reviews you post.

2. Why we use it

To process and deliver your orders, send invoices, and handle returns, exchanges and refunds.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only as needed with: courier and logistics partners, payment gateways, our website, email and SMS platforms, analytics and advertising services such as Google and Meta, and government or legal authorities when the law requires. 4. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and company law. Marketing data is deleted or stopped when you withdraw consent. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and trusted service providers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
